General procurement notice for Acquisition, installation of equipment for the implementation of the Officer Information System (SIF) 1-the Togolese Republic Receives a Donation and a Loan From the African Development Fund Funding of the Support for Development and Private Sector Development (Pagdsp) Project. 2-this Project Shows the Following Objective Principles: - the Global Objective of the Project Is to Contribute to the Improvement of the Living Conditions of the Togolese Population by Creating an Institutional Environment Favorable to the Acceleration of the Implementation of the New Roadmap "Togo 2025" for Economic Growth Strong, Durable and Inclusive; - the Specific Objectives of the Project Are: (a) Strengthening the Mobilization of Internal and External Financial Resources; (B) the Improvement of the Allocation of Resources and the Strengthening of the Integrity of the Expenditure Chain as Well as a Sensitive Budgeting of the Genre; (C) the Strengthening of Transparency and the Fight Against Corruption and; (D) the Promotion and Development of the Private Sector. 3-the Project Includes the Following Components: (I) Optimization of Public Finance Management and Financial Governance; (Ii) Reinforcement of the Institutional Framework for the Promotion of Private Investment; (Iii) Project Management.
