The Mindanao State University - Tawi-tawi College Of Technology And Oceanography (msu-tcto), Through Gaa, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Pesos And 00/100 (php4,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Two (2) Setup Computer Laboratory. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Mindanao State University-tawi-tawi College Of Technology And Oceanography Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is 45 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
