Description The Mindanao Development Authority, Through The Fy2023 General Appropriations Act, Ra 11936 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (php 1,950,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of One (1) Unit Brand New Pick-up, Four Wheel Drive (4x4) Vehicle. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Mindanao Development Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project, With The Following Details: One (1) Unit Supply And Delivery Of Brand-new Pick-up (automatic Transmission Or Automatic Transmission With Manual Mode) Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By October 2024 Or 45 Cd From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
