The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the cost of the work. - For work costing between Rs.60 lakhs and Rs.100 lakhs: A degree holder in Engineering with at least 3 years of practical experience or a Diploma holder in Engineering with at least 5 years of practical experience. - For work costing between Rs.7.5 lakhs and Rs.60 lakhs: A degree holder in Engineering with at least 2 years of practical experience or a Diploma holder in Engineering with at least 4 years of practical experience. - For work costing between Rs.2 lakhs and Rs.7.5 lakhs: A Degree or Diploma Holder in Engineering with adequate practical experience. - For work costing up to Rs.2 lakhs: A competent person with adequate practical experience. - For works of any value for repairs to building and roads, periodical services to building, term contract, grass cutting, and fencing: A competent person with adequate practical experience. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works of value stated above during the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be: - Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs 52 Crore, - OR Two similar completed works not less than Rs 65 Crore, - OR One similar completed work not less than Rs 104 Crore. The average annual turnover for two consecutive years should not be less than Rs 78 Crore. Solvency certificate for Rs 58.5 Cr and working capital certificate issued by a scheduled bank of not less than Rs 2.60 cr are required. Additionally, at least one work shall have been completed with the Government/CPSU/Central Autonomous Body. The value of previously completed works shall be enhanced by 5% per year to bring them at par with their present cost. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
