The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District, Through The Corporate Operating Budget For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Eighty-six Thousand Pesos (p 2,086,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Materials, Labor And Equipment For The Construction Of Discharge Set-up Pad With Pull-out Structure For The Annafunan West 1a Pump Station, Iraga Pump Station, Parabba 3 Production Well And Larion 3 Production Well With Project Identification Number Mtwd-pb 24-11-036. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 240 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
