The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District, Through The Corporate Operating Budget For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (p 1,470,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Materials, Labor And Equipment For The Installation, Testing And Commisioning Of 300mm Diameter Transmission Line, 150mm Diameter Lateral Line And Restoration Works Along College Avenue (from Caritan Highway To Campos Street), Caritan Sur, Tuguegarao City With Project Identification Number Mtwd-pb 24-09-035. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 90 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
