Objective: This Is For The Maintenance And Repair Of Existing 9155 Eaton Ups Installed At Main Office Data Center Used As Main Power For Storage, Server Systems And Network Devices In Operating The Various Mcwd's Computer Information Systems Used By Different Department In Performing Their Daily Tasks. These Maintenance And Repair Services Are Also Very Necessary In Order To Keep The Equipment Operating In Normal Condition For Continuous/un-interrupted Operation Of Company’s Computer Systems. Ii. Coverage: 1. Inspection, Isolate, Repair And Re-configure Ups Eaton 9155/10kva 2. Assess/evaluate Logs, Repair And Re-configure Ups (2units) And Controller (1unit) With Text Gateway Messenger. Iii. Technical Requirements: The Proposal Should Meet The Minimum Technical Specifications As Stated Below: - Check And Verify The Physical Set-up Of Existing Ups Eaton 9155/10kva. - Review And Examine Errors Logs To Determine Cause Of Ups's Defects And Errors. - Isolate Errors/defects Of The Ups Units, Controller And Gateway. - If There Is A Ups Problem: Assess Damage Of Ups For Software And Hardware Reconfiguration And Replacement Works. - Repair, Restoration And Re-activate Defective Ups Component. - System Management & Interoperable With Existing Mcwd Server And Network Infrastructure For Seamless Operation. - Quarterly Onsite Maintenance Visit Support For One (1) Year. - Submit Technical Evaluation And Recommendation Report To Mcwd. (i.e. Further Ups And Other Component Repair, Maintenance, Expansion, Etc.) Full Compatible Hardware And Parts Requirement: - 32 Units Battery 12v/42ah With Design Life Of 3-5 Years For Ups Eaton 9155/10kva - Sealed - Valve Regulated Lead Acid (vrla) - Maintenance Free Battery Iv. Scope Of Work: - Site Inspection(grounding/electrical Power) - Check Line / Load Connections - Check And Record Actual And Metering Parameters - Shutdown Ups Unit (if Necessary) - Battery Replacement / Installation - Checking The Integrity Of Connections - Diagnosing Of Possible Wear And Tear Of Parts - Checking The Integrity Of Connections - General Cleaning Of Ups - Internal Parts Checking, Cleaning, Re-tightening And Individual Battery Testing. - Power Failure Simulation- To Find If The Batteries Are In Good Working Condition, Simulation Is Also Done To Check The Charging And Discharging Capacity Of Batteries. - Test Ups Parallel Configuration If Still Working. - Test Txt Messaging Gateway If Still Working. - Ups Start-up And Commissioning - Technical Orientation And Submission Of Reports On Work Done. Delivery Term: Within 60 Calendar Days After Receipt Of P.o. 2. Place Of Delivery: Talamban 3. Payment Terms: Within 35 Calendar Days After Acceptance Of Goods. 4. Price Validity: At Least 60 Calendar Days From The Opening Of Bids. 5. Award Per: Lot 6. Price Should Be Inclusive Of Taxes. 7. Alternate Offers / Bids Are Not Allowed. 8.
