The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. The specific values are: - 30% of the advertised value, which is 14832352.512, - 40% of the advertised value, which is 19776470.016, - 60% of the advertised value, which is 29644705.024. Therefore, the bidder should have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 14832352.512, - Two similar works each costing not less than 19776470.016, - One similar work costing not less than 29644705.024. The similar nature of work is defined as any Civil Engineering Work except Track Work. Work experience certificates from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above are considered. In case of a work experience certificate from a public listed company, the bidder must also submit additional documents. The required prior work experience is for the last seven years, and details of these works should be submitted as per the specified requirements.
