Metro Railway Tender

To participate in the tender, a Joint Venture (JV) must meet the following eligibility requirements: 1. The JV must not be blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry/Department of Govt. of India from participation in the tender on the date of submission of bids. 2. If the JV is from a country that shares a land border with India, it must be registered with the Competent Authority, which is the Registration Committee constituted by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Government of India. 3. The JV must submit a self-certification in the Bidding Form Section, specifying that the items offered meet the minimum local content and providing details of locations where local value additions are made. 4. The JV must submit attested copies of the constitution of their concern and a copy of the PAN Card along with their tender. 5. The JV must register with EPFO as per EPF & MP Act 1952 and submit documents of enrollment to the employee's provident fund of the workers to be deployed.
