Description Invitation To Bid Ib-2025-001-infra Deepening/ Improvement Of Estero De Paco And Vicinity, District V, Manila 1. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, In Accordance With Sections 7.5 And 7.6 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr), Allowing Early Procurement Activities (epa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fourteen Million, Nine Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand, Six Hundred Pesos And Seventy Three Centavos (php14,989,600.73) Being The National Expenditure Program (nep) Submitted To Congress As The Indicative Annual Procurement Plan (iapp) Based On The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Deepening/ Improvement Of Estero De Paco And Vicinity, District V, Manila. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approval And Effectivity Of The General Appropriations Act (gaa). 2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days.
