Description Request For Expression Of Interest: Additional Project Management Specialist Of The Metro Manila Flood Management Project Rei-2024-002 The Metro Manila Development Authority (mmda) Has Received Financing From The World Bank (wb) And Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (aiib) Toward The Cost Of The Metro Manila Flood Management Project – Phase I (mmfmp) And It Intends To Apply Part Of The Proceeds For Hiring An Individual Consultant That Will Serve As An Additional Project Management Specialist (pms) For The Project. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (mmda) Now Calls For The Submission Of Expressions Of Interest (eois) For The Procurement Of An Additional Project Management Specialist (pms) Who Shall Work Hand In Hand With The Current Pms To Oversee And Manage The Overall Technical, Administrative, And Document Control Of The Project In Consultation With The Mmda Project Management Office (pmo). The Overall Function Covers Technical And Administrative Support Services For The Operations Of The Pmo. Interested Consultants Must Submit Their Expression Of Interest (eoi), Curriculum Vitae (cv), And Eligibility Documents To The Bac Secretariat On Or Before 16 February 2024. Application For Eligibility Will Be Evaluated Based On A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion In Accordance With The Selection And Employment Of Consultants Under Ibrd Loans And Ida Credits & Grants By World Bank Borrowers. The Additional Project Management Specialist (pms) Contract Is Open To All Interested Consultants From Eligible Source Countries As Defined In The Applicable Guidelines Of The World Bank (section 1. 11 – Eligibility). The Bac Shall Draw Up The Shortlist Of Consultants From Those Who Have Submitted Their Eois, Cvs, And Eligibility Documents And Have Been Determined As Eligible In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Selection And Employment Of Consultants Under Ibrd Loans And Ida Credits & Grants By World Bank Borrowers. The Criteria And Rating System For Shortlisting Are As Follows: I. General Education (15%) General Education, Training, And Overall Work Experience Ii. Adequacy For The Project (75%) Relevant Education And Relevant Training Iii. Language And Relevant Experience (10%) Relevant Experience In The Region And Knowledge Of Local Culture The Selection Of Candidates Will Be Conducted In Accordance With Relevant Procedures Of Section V.
