The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, In Accordance With Sections 7.5 And 7.6 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr), Allowing Early Procurement Activities (epa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million, Nine Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand, Seven Hundred Ninety-two Pesos And Eighty Centavos (php9,989,792.80) Being The National Expenditure Program (nep) Submitted To Congress As The Indicative Annual Procurement Plan (iapp) Based On The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Deepening Along Macapagal Inland Channel (phase Ii), Brgy. Tambo, District I, Parañaque City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approval And Effectivity Of The General Appropriations Act (gaa). 2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
