The Government Of The Philippines (gop) Has Received A Loan From The World Bank (wb) And The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (aiib) Towards The Cost Of The Metro Manila Flood Management Project Phase-1 (mmfmp) Through The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (mmda) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Pesos: Fourteen Million Nine Hundred Sixty-nine Thousand One Hundred Fifty (₱14,969,150.00), Being The Epc To Payments Under The Contract Apply Part Of The Proceeds Of This Loan For Component 2: Supply, Delivery, Installation, And Commissioning Of Equipment To Pilot The Processing And Conversion Of Water Hyacinth Into Eco Pots. 2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (mmda) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days Upon Issuance Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within (5) Years (cy’s 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 And 2023) From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
