Description Invitation To Bid Ib-2024-119-infra Neighborhood Upgrading Project With Nature-based Solutions Application Along The San Juan Easements 1. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, Through The Ra 11936 General Appropriations Act (gaa) 2023 Regular 2023 Continuing And World Bank (wb) And Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (aiib) For Metro Manila Flood Management Project Phase- I (mmfmp) Wb Loan No. 8784-ph And Aiib Loan C-1450-ph (000023-1phl) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ninety-five Million One Hundred Forty Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-nine And 87/100 (php95,140,389.87) Being The Estimated Project Cost (epc) To Payments Under The Contract For Neighborhood Upgrading Project With Nature-based Solutions Application Along The San Juan River Easements. 2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Three Hundred Sixty-five (365) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
