The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, In Accordance With Sections 7.5 And 7.6 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr), Allowing Early Procurement Activities (epa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nineteen Million, Nine Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Sixty-one Pesos And Thirty-one Centavos (php19,989,861.31) Being The National Expenditure Program (nep) Submitted To Congress As The Indicative Annual Procurement Plan (iapp) Based On The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Improvement Along Santolan River (phase Ii), District I, Valenzuela City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approval And Effectivity Of The General Appropriations Act (gaa). 2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days.
