The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, Through The Ra 11975 General Appropriations Act (gaa) 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million, Nine Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand, Four Hundred Sixty-nine Pesos And Ninety-eight Centavos (php9,989,469.98) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation/improvement And Maintenance Of Drainage System Along Syquia St. And Vicinity, Sta. Ana, District Vi, Manila. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
