The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, In Accordance With Sections 7.5 And 7.6 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr), Allowing Early Procurement Activities (epa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty-two Million, Four Hundred Eighty-two Thousand, Nine Hundred Fifty-eight Pesos And Ninety-one Centavos (php32,482,958.91) Being The National Expenditure Program (nep) Submitted To Congress As The Indicative Annual Procurement Plan (iapp) Based On The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Drainage Improvement Along Aquilina St. And Vicinity (phase I), Brgy. Sto. Niño, District I, Marikina City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approval And Effectivity Of The General Appropriations Act (gaa). 2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
