Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Water Leak Detection Services 1. The Metro Lipa Water District (mlwd) Through Its Approved Corporate Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos ( Php 3,440,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Water Leak Detection Services. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Mlwd Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement. The Target Date For Completion Of Leak Detection Services For The Pinpointed Areas Is Within 70 Calendar Days From The Date Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
