Description Scope Of Work: Cutting Of Tree Trunks And Branches (1 Mango Tree, 5 Mahogany Tree, 1 Narra Tree, 1 Ilang-ilang Tree, 1 Acacia Tree) Terms And Conditions: 1.) The Contractor / Service Provider Must Have Skilled Personnel To Do The Work. 2.) The Contractor Must Provide All The Necessary Safety Gears For Their Personnel. Note: Prior Commissioning Safety Gears Will Be Inspected If Complied. 3.) The Contractor Must Provide All Cutting Equipment Like Chainsaw, Bolo Including The Ropes. 4.) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Clearing, Hauling Of Cut Trunks, Branches. Must Have Truck To Be Used Cin The Hauling Activity (mcwd Compound To Ramon Rabago Mcwd Lot @ Brgy. R.h. 13) 5. In The Case Of Negligence On The Part Of The Contractor Resulting To Damage To Property, The Contractor Will Be Charged Accordingly On The Damage(s) Incurred. 6. The Contractor Is Solely Liable If Accident Happened During The Tree Cutting Activities. 7. The Cutting Activity Will Only Be Done During Saturday, Sunday Or Holiday. 8. The Contractor May Use Suitable Equipment For Cutting Of Tree. Instructions/ Notes To Bidders: 1. Bids/ Quotations May Be Submitted Thru Fax, Email, Or Directly To The Bac Secretariat Office On Or Before The Deadline Of Submission Of Bids. 3. Suppliers Are Required To Submit The Following Prior To The Notification By The Bac Of The Award: A) Valid And Current Mayor’s/ Business Permit (2023); B) Valid And Current Philgeps Registration Certificate/ Number; And C) *omnibus Sworn Statement (*to Be Submitted After The Award). 4.) Bids Should Be Valid For 45 Days Counted From The Deadline Of Submission. 5.) Warranty Shall Be For A Period Of Six (6) Months For Supplies & Materials, One (1) Year For Equipment From Date Of Acceptance By The Procuring Entity. 6.) Delivery Period: 30 Calendar Days. 7.)
