Description Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of 1 Lot Leak Detection Equipment 1. The Metro Cotabato Water District (mcwd), Through The Mcwd 2024 Corporate Budget Approved By Board Of Directors Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php1,500,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of 1 Lot Leak Detection Equipment (pr#24-03-0128). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Metro Cotabato Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 10-12 Weeks Upon Received Of Approved Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
