Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (lcrca) Is Looking To Procure A Programme Of Activity To Provide Upskilling And/or Reskilling Opportunities To Residents Of Liverpool City Region That Could Not Be Delivered Through Mainstream Learning Funding Such As The Devolved Adult Education Budget, Level 3 Free Courses For Jobs Or Skills Bootcamps. We Are Seeking 2 Sectoral Areas Of Delivery: Lot 1: Construction Technical Including Greener Low Carbon Construction Skills With Cscs Cards And/or Other Licences To Practice With A Minimum Of 85 Starts And Completions With All Learners To Complete Vocationally Related Training, A Licence To Practice And Progress To Further Learning, Progression In Or Into Employment Or Skills. Lot 2: Green Energy Skills With Licences To Practice And Vocational Skills Delivery With A Minimum Of 85 Starts And Completions With All Learners To Complete Vocationally Related Training, A Licence To Practice And Progress To Further Learning, Progression In Or Into Employment Or Skills.
