The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the category of work. For works up to 40.00 Lacs, the tenderer should have at least four years of experience in similar works in the organized sector. For other categories: - Work more than 40.00 Lacs & up to 50.00 Lacs: Two jobs of total value equal to the bid value. - Work more than 50.00 Lacs & up to 150.00 Lacs: Two jobs of total value equal to the bid value. - Work more than 150.00 Lacs & up to 500.00 Lacs: Two jobs equal to bid value or one job of total 75% of bid value. - Works more than 500.00 Lacs: Two works to total value 75% to the bid value. The tenderer shall furnish proof showing that he has a work experience of at least 4 years unless qualified for relaxation as per clause 3.1. Evidence of satisfactory execution of work that has been executed by the tenderer during the last four years in organized sectors has to be produced. For work more than 40.00 Lacs & up to 50.00 Lacs, if the company is owned by a Diploma engineer, a relaxation of 1 year in experience will be given, and if owned by a Graduate engineer, a relaxation of 2 years in experience will be given. The cumulative turnover during the last three consecutive years is considered, with the following requirements: - For work more than 40.00 Lacs & up to 50.00 Lacs: 1.5 times bid value (B.O.Q.) and 15% of the bid value - For work more than 50.00 Lacs & up to 150.00 Lacs: 1.5 times bid value (B.O.Q.) and 20% of the bid value - For work more than 150.00 Lacs & up to 300.00 Lacs: 1.5 times bid value (B.O.Q.) and 25% of the bid value - For works more than 300.00 Lacs: 2.0 times bid value (B.O.Q.) and 25% of the bid value The bidder should have a minimum tangible net worth of at least 25% of the bid value. The net worth will mean the value of Fixed Assets as per the last audited Balance Sheet (after providing Depreciation) plus Net working capital (current assets minus current liabilities). The technical staff requirements vary based on the work category: - For work more than 40.00 Lacs & up to 50.00 Lacs: Diploma Engineer 1 - For work more than 50.00 Lacs & up to 150.00 Lacs: Graduation Engineer 1, Diploma Engineer 1 - For work more than 150.00 Lacs & up to 300.00 Lacs: Graduation Engineer 2, Diploma Engineer 2 - For works more than 300.00 Lacs: Graduation Engineer 2, Diploma Engineer 3 The declaration for the technical staff by the Contractor will be given in the form attached as Appendix C (in the presence of Notary public with details of the required staff).
