The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the category of work. The details are as follows: 1. Work more than 40.00 Lacs & up to 50.00 Lacs: At least four years in organized sector with two jobs of total value equal to the bid value. The bidder should have a Diploma Engineer with 1 year of experience, but relaxation of 1 year in experience will be given if the company is owned by a Diploma engineer, and relaxation of 2 years in experience will be given if the company is owned by a Graduate engineer. 2. Work more than 50.00 Lacs & up to 150.00 Lacs: At least four years in organized sector with two jobs of total value equal to the bid value. The bidder should have a Graduation Engineer 1 and Diploma Engineer 1. 3. Work more than 150.00 Lacs & up to 500.00 Lacs: At least four years in organized sector with two jobs equal to bid value or one total 75% of bid value. The bidder should have a Graduation Engineer 2 and Diploma Engineer 2 for work up to 300.00 Lacs, and Graduation Engineer 2 and Diploma Engineer 3 for works more than 300.00 Lacs. 4. Works more than 500.00 Lacs: At least four years in organized sector with two work to total value 75% to the bid value. The bidder should have a Graduation Engineer 2 and Diploma Engineer 3. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - Cumulative turnover during the last three consecutive years: - For work more than 40.00 Lacs & up to 50.00 Lacs: 1.5 times bid value (B.O.Q.) - For work more than 50.00 Lacs & up to 150.00 Lacs: 1.5 times bid value (B.O.Q.) - For work more than 150.00 Lacs & up to 300.00 Lacs: 1.5 times bid value (B.O.Q.) - For works more than 300.00 Lacs: 2.0 times bid value (B.O.Q.) - Liquid assets: - For work more than 40.00 Lacs & up to 50.00 Lacs: 15% of the bid value - For work more than 50.00 Lacs & up to 150.00 Lacs: 20% of the bid value - For work more than 150.00 Lacs & up to 300.00 Lacs: 25% of the bid value - For works more than 300.00 Lacs: 25% of the bid value A relaxation of 20% shall be given on the total requirement of turnover for all the working contractors.
