For works more than 150.00 Lacs& up to 300.00 Lacs: - At least four years in organized sector. - Two jobs equal to bid value or one total 75% of bid value. - Cumulative financial turnover: 1.5 times bid value (B.O.Q.). - Liquid assets: 25% of the bid value. For works more than 300.00 Lacs: - At least four years in organized sector. - Two work to total value 75% to the Bid value. - Cumulative financial turnover: 2.0 times bid value (B.O.Q.). - Liquid assets: 25% of the bid value. Formulas: - Cumulative financial turnover = 1.5 times bid value (B.O.Q.) for works up to 300.00 Lacs. - Cumulative financial turnover = 2.0 times bid value (B.O.Q.) for works more than 300.00 Lacs. - Liquid assets = 15% to 25% of the bid value depending on the work value. Works more than 300.00 Lacs: - Cumulative turnover: 2.0 times bid value (B.O.Q.) - Liquid assets: 25% of the bid value Additionally, the contractor should have a minimum tangible net worth of at least 25% of the bid value. The net worth is calculated as the value of fixed assets (after depreciation) plus net working capital (current assets minus current liabilities). The cumulative turnover will be considered for three consecutive years out of the last four assessment years, taken from the Income Tax Clearance Certificate (ITCC) or audited balance sheet if ITCC is not issued. Proof of liquid assets, duly certified by a banker, should also be submitted.
