Description Invitation To Bid For Rebidding Of Laboratory Equipment 1. The Mariveles Mental Wellness And General Hospital, Through The Government Appropriation Act Of 2024/saa 2024-02-000226 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Ninety Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (p5,090,500.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Rebidding Of Laboratory Equipment / 2024-23. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Mariveles Mental Wellness And General Hospital Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required As Stated In The Terms Of Reference. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
