The MARIVELES MENTAL WELLNESS AND GENERAL HOSPITAL, through the Approved Government Appropriation Act of 2020 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Six pesos only (P4,584,726.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Medical Equipment 2020-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2. The MARIVELES MENTAL WELLNESS AND GENERAL HOSPITAL now invites bids for the procurement of the above-caption package. Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding.
