The Manila International Airport Authority (“miaa”) Intends To Procure The Proposed Construction Of Canopy At Ict Gate 5 (airside) And Paircargo Gate (inner) For The Contract (abc) Of Pesos: Three Million One Hundred Forty-four Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-three And 46/100 (₱3,144,453.46). 2. The Miaa, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Technically, Legally, And Financially Capable Suppliers For The Construction Of Steel Canopy. 3. The Procurement Procedure For This Requirement Is Negotiated Procurement Pursuant To Section 53.1of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a.)
