Coordination With Miaa Engineering Offices, Agosd, Ams And Miaa Security Office Shall Also Be Made To Ensure No Violation On Security And Aeronautical Safety Is Made During The Duration Of The Project. The Contractor Is Expected To Exercise Caution In The Implementation Of The Construction/installation Work To Safeguard Life And Avoid Damage To Adjoining Existing Structures/utilities. It Shall Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Verify Presence Of Embedded Utility Lines Within The Excavation Area To Avoid Damage To Utility Lines. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For All Injury To Persons And Damages To Properties Caused By The Work Or By His Men And Shall Be Liable For Any Claims Against The Owner As A Result Of His Injury And/or Damages. The Contractor Shall Coordinate All Aspects Of Works In Order To Ensure A Harmonious Progress Without Interruptions, Delays Or Modifications To Work Already Completed. Materials And Workmanship Must Be Of Best Quality, Miaa Reserves The Right To Reject The Project In Whole Or In Part Due To Poor Workmanship Or Inferior Quality Of Materials Used.
