The Contractor Shall Provide Repair Services Whenever Failure In The Equipment/systems Under The Warranty Period. The Warranty Shall Allow The Miaa Technicians To Refer/consult Concerning Minor Malfunctions Encountered On The Equipment And Provide Immediate Solution To The Problems. Qualification And Requirements : 1. The Prospective Bidder Must Have Experience In Undertaking A Similar Project In Scope In Nature As “supply, Dismantling And Installation Of Car Park Barrier System”. 2. During The Post Evaluation, The Bidder Must Have Knowledge And Familiarity With The Existing System Installed Such As, Easy To Analyze The Existing System Configuration, Connection, And Programming. One Or Two Representatives Of Any Of The Following Commissioning Engineer/programmer/technical Staff From The Bidder Being Evaluated On The Post Qualification Must Be Invited To Show The End User Technical Expertise By Conducting Actual Demonstration That Will Prove Technical Knowledge With The Existing System. Failure To Show Any Knowledge Or Expertise With The Existing System Will Be Grounds For Disqualification. 3. The Prospective Bidder Must Be An Authorized Local Reseller Or Distributor Of Barrier Products Which Can Provide High Availability Of Spare Parts. General Notes : 1. The Prospective Bidder Must Conduct Ocular Site Inspection To Assess And Verify Existing Conditions Of Equipment. 2. The Prospective Bidder Shall Be Responsible In Incorporating In Their Bid Proposal Any Work, Materials And Equipment That Is Deemed Necessary For The Satisfaction Completion Of The Project. 3. Other Materials And Workmanship Not Included In The Scope Of Works/bill Of Materials But Found Necessary To Complete The Work Shall Be For The Account Of The Contractor. 4. The Contractor Must Check The Coherence Between The Site Conditions And The Specifications. The Contractor Must Make Sure That No Incompatibility Regarding The Worksite (installation, Outfitting, Etc.) That Prevents The Work From Being Carried Out Correctly. 5. The Contractor Shall Comply With The Electrical And Network Cabling Standards. The Cable Runs Shall Comply With Ansi/tiaieia-569-a (commercial Building Standards For Telecommunications Pathways And Spaces) As Well As Relevant Provisions Of The Current Philippine Electrical Code. 6. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For The Safety And Security Requirements Of The Authority. Details Of Which Shall Be Discussed During The Pre-construction Meeting Prior To Mobilization. 7. The Contractor Shall Comply With The Safety Of Its Personnel And Shall Be Liable For Any Accident/injuries Resulting From The Conduct Of This Project. 8. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible To Restore Any Damages To Miaa Or Any Other Properties Incurred During The Work. Damages Of Equipment Or Properties Shall Be Replaced Based On Original Specifications. 9. Work Schedule Shall Be Adjusted Anytime Depending To The Availability Of The Jobsite.
