The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Provisions Of The Entire Project And Shall Inform Miaa If Something Is Missing Or To Be Detailed. 8. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible To Make Certain That Their Personnel Shall Observe Miaa Rules And Regulations Governing Movement And Parking Of Equipment. 9. The Contractor Shall Coordinate With Miaa Engineers And Other Concerned Offices In The Implementation Of The Project So As Not To Hamper Airport Operations. 10. Any Damage To Life And Property Caused By The Contractor's Operation Within The Vicinity Of The Facility Covered By The Project Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Contractor.
