Annual turnover (average of last 5 years) of the firm from consultancy business should be equal to or more than Rs.3.00 Crore. 4. Experience of having completed O&M (minimum duration 1 year) project under DBFOT/OMT/O&M of 4/6 laning of project length of minimum 60 Km in the last 5 years. 5. Experience of providing Independent Engineer/Supervision Consultant services for ongoing construction projects for at least one ongoing project of 4/6 laning of 60 Km project length in the last 5 years, or two ongoing projects of 4/6 laning of 30 Km project length in the last 5 years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - For one project of 6 laning of 60 Km project length, the value is 4.00 (or 8.00 for tunnel and viaduct). - For one project of 4 laning of 60 Km project length, the value is 3.00 (or 6.00 for tunnel and viaduct). - For two projects of 6 laning of 30 Km project length, the value is 4.00 (or 8.00 for tunnel and viaduct). - For two projects of 4 laning of 30 Km project length, the value is 3.00 (or 6.00 for tunnel and viaduct). - The total value for all the experience is 25. - The annual turnover values are: - Between Rs.3.00 to 10.00 Crore: 1.00 - Above Rs.10.01 to 20.00 Crores: 1.50 - Above Rs.20.00 Crores: 2.00 The percentage of total fee received is mentioned but the exact percentage is not specified.
