The bidder should have experience in similar projects in terms of built-up area and capital cost. The required prior work experience includes: * At least One similar project with a built-up area of 1,71,429 sq.ft. in the last 10 financial years in India. * OR, at least Two similar projects with a built-up area of 1,07,143 sq.ft. each, at two independent locations, in the last 10 financial years in India. * OR, at least Three similar projects with a built-up area of 85,715 sq.ft. each, at three independent locations, in the last 10 financial years in India. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 90% completed projects (in terms of project cost) - The 90% project cost should be more than the capital cost of the qualifying projects. No specific amount is mentioned for the similar works completed, except that the bidder's average turnover for the last 3 financial years should be INR 95,00,00,000 (Rupees Ninety-Five Crores only). The capital cost of each similar project shall be updated to the current level with a multiplication factor, ranging from 1.00 to 1.35, depending on the year. The similar projects should meet the following criteria: - The COD of the project should be within a period of the last 07 financial years from the Application Due Date and the Sales should have been completed. - In case of on-going projects, 90% completed projects (in terms of project cost) shall be accepted. - The project cost of 90% completed projects should be more than the capital cost of the qualifying projects.
