The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed as a prime contractor in any one work with any government agency or PSU during the last 5 years. The completed work should be similar to the current project, which is the construction of a jetty in tidal conditions. The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - One completed similar work not less than Rs. 5,05,75,935/- - Or two completed similar works not less than Rs. 3,16,09,959/- - Or three completed similar works not less than Rs. 2,52,87,967/- Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily executed in any one year of the last five years, the following minimum quantities of work: - Providing and laying rubble filling/soling: 971.00 Cum. - Providing and laying in cement concrete grade M25 & above: 696.00 Cum. - Providing and laying trap stone up to 1000 kg.: 4512.00 Cum. The bidder should also have experience in civil engineering works, with details of work done in the last five years, including the value of unfinished work. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder's financial turnover and cost of completed works of previous years shall be given linear weightage of 10% per year on the rupee value to bring them at the 2024-25 price level.
