The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in successful completion of works similar to the ones listed, such as providing, lowering, laying, jointing, and satisfactory hydraulic testing of 150 mm dia M.S.Pipes, and designing, constructing, and water tightness test of RCC Sump with Overhead Pump House of minimum 0.85 Lakh Liters Capacity. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar size for each of the last five years. The total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years should be provided. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, it is mentioned that the principal contractor shall do at least 51% of the work, and in no case, the value of work to be done by the collaborator should exceed the value of work to be done by the principal contractor. Additionally, claims arising out of reduction in the tendered quantity of any item beyond 25% will be governed by the provision of Clause 15, when the amount of such reduction beyond 25% at the rate of the item specified in the tender is more than Rs. 5,000. The bidder's experience in similar works should be supported by evidence, including the value and percentage of similar works completed.
