The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: i) Successful completion of work of cement grouting work of minimum 3000 bags of pressure grouting at pressure of 5.6 kg/sqcm in a single contract. ii) Successful completion of work of dry rubble stone pitching 450 mm Thick minimum 1925 sqm in a single contract. iii) Successful completion of work of providing and laying in situ c.c. grade M-30 and above of minimum 433 cum in a single contract. iv) Successful completion of work of minimum 3440 cum quantity Earthwork in Embankment in a single contract. v) Successful completion of work of minimum 34000 CUM desilting work in Dam. The value of similar work executed shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of seven percent per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of Bid opening. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last five years, with the following requirements: - Average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years: at least 30% of the estimated cost. - Successfully completed similar works: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. - The cost of similar work should be at least Rs. 240.64 Lakhs or more in a single contract. - The bidder should have a maximum annual turnover of not less than Rs. 661.00 Lakhs in the last 5 years. The bidder should have completed successfully at least one work of construction of concrete Spillway Construction/ Earthen Dam Embankment Repair work /desilting of dam costing Rs. 240.64 Lakhs or more in a single contract. Additionally, the bidder shall have maximum annual turnover not less than Rs.661.00 Lakhs in the last 5 years. The bidder is also required to have access to lines of credit and other financial resources facilities (10% of contract value), certified by the Bankers. The bidder is also required to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the work. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 25% of the contract value of work - 10% of contract value for access to lines of credit and other financial resources facilities - 30% of the estimated cost for average annual financial turnover - 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost for similar completed works - Rs. 240.64 Lakhs and Rs. 661.00 Lakhs as specific amounts.
