Area & Providing 1000 Mm Dia Ms Water Supply Distribution Line Within The Area... -- 3rd Call the Contractors Unregistered/registered In Appropriate Class And Those Who Have Satisfactorily Completed Ci/ Di/ Ms/ Hdpe /mdpe/ Ldpe/grp Pipeline Works In Govt./semi Govt. Dept./local Bodies During Last Five Financial Years As Under. a. Cost Of Single Work Of Any Pipeline Of Water Supply/ Sewage & Drainage Shall Not Be Less Than Rs. 3381.22 Lakhs. Or More Than 750 Mm Diameter And Having Total Length More Than 4.25 Km Of Any Pipe Line Of Water Supply/ Sewage/ Drainage. or b. Total Cost Of 2 Works Of Any Pipeline Of Water Supply/ Sewage/ Drainage Shall Not Be Less Than Rs. 4733.71 Lakhs. 70 Or More Than 750 Mm Diameter And Having Total Length Of Two Works More Than 5.95 Km Of Any Pipe Line Of Water Supply/ Sewage/ Drainage. Or c. Total Cost Of 3 Works Of Any Pipeline Of Water Supply/ Sewage/ Drainage Shall Not Be Less Than Rs. 5409.95 Lakhs Or More Than 750 Mm Diameter And Having Total Length Of Three Works More Than 6.80 Km Of Any Pipe Line Of Water Supply/ Sewage/ Drainage. (note: Cd Work Pipelines Shall Not Be Considered.) note:- The Experience Of Private Work Of Ci/di/ms/hdpe/mdpe/ldpe/grp Pipeline Work Will Also Be Considered Subject To Following. only 50% Amount Or Magnitude Of The Work Completion Certificate Issued By Private Entity Will Be Considered As Work Done Amount Or Magnitude And This Amount Or Magnitude So Arrived Will Be Considered For Deciding Eligibility As Mentioned Above. (i.e. At A,b,c) 2. The Tenderer Shall Submit a) Copy Of Work Order Or Registered Agreement For The Work Completed Along With The certificate Of The Employer In Prescribed Format. b) Certificate From Architect / C.a. Confirming The Amount Of The Work Executed Is Included In the Annual Account Of Tenderer. note :- (in Case Lines Are Of Various Diameter, Mean Diameter Shall Be Worked Out And The Length Of Pipeline And Diameter Not Less Than This Mean Diameter Shall Be Considered.)
