The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works having a minimum cost, with specifics as follows: - Three similar type of work having an amount not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Two similar type of work having an amount not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, - One similar type of work having an amount not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have completed similar type of work on their own, and if the work is completed by subletting, they should submit written permission of the concerned Executive Engineer. The similar type of work indicates the structural repair of any framed RCC residential/commercial/institutional building. Additionally, the bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of prime items, which is 30% of quantities of prime items (max-5 & Min- 3 items) of tendered works. The bidder is required to submit statements showing all works previously executed and in hand, as well as details of technical personnel and machinery available. A solvency certificate from any Nationalized Bank or Scheduled Bank to the extent of 20% of the estimated cost of the work is also required if they are registered with certain government organizations.
