The required prior work experience for the bidder can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender The cost of previous completed works shall be given a simple weightage of 7% per year to bring them to the current price level while evaluating the qualification requirement of the bidder. In the case of a Joint Venture, the qualifying criteria parameter can be fulfilled by the JV partners or the JV itself, with the experience of individual partners added together, where the participating share of JV partners should be at least 50% for the lead partner and at least 20% for other partners. The bidder is required to furnish information about their qualifying experience, including description, work order number, employer's name and address, percentage share, executed value, start and end dates, and confirmation of similar work experience, which can be furnished in the form of a Satisfactory Work Completion Certificate issued by the employer.
