The bidder must have experience of works of similar nature, which includes completed or ongoing works, valuing at least 50% of the Annualized estimated value of the work put to tender (for period of completion over 1 year) or 50% of the estimated value of the work (for completion period up to one year). The similar nature of works includes loading and transportation of coal, minerals, soil, ash, stone, or rejects using pay loaders, excavators, railway wagons, tippers, trucks, or reclaim feeders. The total amount of work experience should be at least 50% of the Annualized value or estimated value, whichever is less. The Annualized value is calculated as "(Estimated value/Period of completion in Days) x 365". The estimated bid value is 1181286336.41. The value of each qualifying experience will be calculated by multiplying the value with the percentage share of experience and adding 7% for each completed year after the end date of experience. The weightage of 7% every year will be on a simple rate and will not be compounded on a yearly basis. In case of a Joint Venture/Consortium, the work experience shall be met collectively by all the partners/members, and the proportionate value of experience in proportion to the actual share of the bidder in the joint venture/consortium firm will be considered against eligibility. The bidder needs to furnish information such as start date and end date of each qualifying experience, work order number, name and address of the employer, percentage share of each experience, and executed value of work against each experience.
