The required prior work experience for the bidder can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender The cost of previous completed works shall be given a simple weightage of 5% per year to bring them to the current price level while evaluating the qualification requirement of the bidder. In the case of a Joint Venture, the qualifying criteria parameter can be fulfilled by the JV partners or the JV itself, with the lead partner having at least 50% participating share and other partners having at least 20% participating share. The experience of individual partners of the JV will be added together towards fulfillment of qualification criteria related to experience. The bidder is required to furnish information about their qualifying experience, including description, work order number, employer's name and address, percentage share, executed value, start and end dates, and confirmation of submission of similar work experience. The bidder should also submit a Satisfactory Work Completion Certificate issued by the employer, containing all the information furnished by the bidder online. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), a separate certificate for each individual partner should be submitted. The required prior work experience values and percentages are: - 40% of the estimated cost put to tender for three similar completed works - 50% of the estimated cost put to tender for two similar completed works - 80% of the estimated cost put to tender for one similar completed work - 5% per year weightage for the cost of previous completed works - 50% participating share for the lead partner in a Joint Venture - 20% participating share for other partners in a Joint Venture.
