Description Invitation To Bid Mactan-cebu International Airport Authority (mciaa), Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Bidders To Submit Bids For The Hereunder Contract: Name Of Contract One (1) Lot – Supply Of Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment And Supervision For The Airport Pavement Surface Cleaning Maintenance @ Mciaa (3-year Contract) Location Mactan-cebu International Airport, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu Brief Description To Clean The Surface Of Runways, Taxiways, And General Aviation Apron To Ensure Safe Flight Of Aircraft Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Php6,199,738.60 (for Year 2025) Contract Duration Three (3) Years Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (revised Irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184 (ra 9184). Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Similar Project As Defined In The Bds Within Five (5) Years With Experience In An Active Airport (both Domestic And International) And With A Value Of At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc, And Meet The Other Minimum Eligibility Requirements Stated In The Instructions To Bidders (itb). Bidding Is Restricted To Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines.
