Description Invitation To Bid The Mactan-cebu International Airport Authority (mciaa), Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Interested Bidders To Participate In The Bidding Of The Herein Described Project As Follows: Name Of Contract Construction Of Underground Storm Drainage System For The General Aviation Area Of Mciaa Location Mciaa, Lapulapu City Brief Description To Construct A New Underground Drainage System For The General Aviation Area Of Mciaa Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Php15,286,787.08 Contract Duration Two Hundred Fifty (250) Calendar Days Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (revised Irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184 (ra 9184). Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed A Similar Project As Defined In The Bds And A Value Of At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc, And Meet The Other Minimum Eligibility Requirements Stated In The Instructions To Bidders (itb). Bidding Is Restricted To Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines.
