The bidder should have prior work experience, with the bidding capacity calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last 7 years, with specific requirements as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - OR Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost - OR One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover worth a minimum of 40% of the estimated cost during the last five consecutive years. The value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 10% per annum. The bidder should provide information on work performed as a prime contractor, work performed in the past as a nominated sub-contract, or work that involved the execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The bidder should provide a list of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years, prior to the last date of submission of the bid. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a stipulated period of completion and actual date of completion.
