The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works in the last 7 years. The similar work is defined as "Indoor/outdoor Sports complex of worth min. 8 crores and RCC work /Group housing / multistoried building of worth min. 8 crore". The bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 11.10 Crores (40% of estimated cost) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 16.65 Crores (60% of estimated cost) - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs 22.20 Crores (80% of estimated cost) For the component of CCTV System, the bidder should have completed: - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component, - Or two similar works costing each not less than 60% of the cost of the component, - Or three similar works costing each not less than 40% of the cost of the component. The percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 40%, 60%, and 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 277.49 Lacs. The values of similar works completed are: - 40% of estimated cost: Rs 111.00 Lacs or 11.10 Crores - 60% of estimated cost: Rs 166.49 Lacs or 16.65 Crores - 80% of estimated cost: Rs 221.96 Lacs or 22.20 Crores
