In Consideration Of The Potential Retirement Of The Current Ceo Of London Hydro, The London Hydro Board Of Directors (“the Board”) Is Moving Forward With The First Phase Of Its Ceo Succession Planning. The Board Is Issuing This Rfp To Select An Experienced Vendor To Assist The Board And Provide Advice Associated With The Development Of 1) A Comprehensive Job Description And Ceo Position Profile, And 2) A Total Compensation & Non-wage Perquisite Package, For The Future Ceo. Bids From Vendors Who Do Not Provide Executive Search Services Are Welcomed, As The Board Intends To Issue A Separate Rfp For Recruitment And Selection Support At A Later Date And Does Not Have A Preference Regarding The Vendor Being Consistent Between This Engagement And Later Phases Of The Project. This Invitation For Proposals Will Lead To An Award To A Vendor For This Phase Of The Project.
