The bidder is required to have experience in Design & Engineering of Sewage Treatment Plant, including Supervision Services & Process during Construction and Erection, for at least one Sewage Treatment Plant having a minimum of 25% capacity of the proposed plant in the last 5 years. The bidder should also have experience of Operation and Maintenance of FSTP having a minimum of 25% capacity of the proposed plant, for a continuous period of minimum 3 years. The bidder must have experience in Design & Engineering of Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant, including Supervision Services & Process during Construction and Erection, for at least one Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant in the last 5 years. The bidder should also have experience of Operation and Maintenance of a successfully running one FSTP project, for a continuous period of minimum 3 years. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have completed works with a minimum of 25% capacity of the proposed plant. The value of completed works of previous years shall be given a weightage of 5% per year to bring them at the current price level. The bidder's average annual turnover should be greater than Rs. 2 crore for three years, and the net worth of the applicant should be more than 15% of annual turnover and not less than 10% of the value of the contract. The bidder should have adequate working capital, with more than 10% of the probable estimated cost of work. The bidder should have a minimum of 5 years of continuous existence as on the specified date. The Lead Member of the Consortium/ Joint Venture should meet the criterion of demonstrating technical capacity and experience. The bidder should submit certified audited copies of its balance sheet and profit and loss account to demonstrate its annual financial turnover during the last 3 years. The bidder should also submit a statement showing the value of works taken up, completed, and payment received during the past five years.
