The Lobo Water District, Through The Maintenance And Other Operating Expenses Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Ten Pesos (php 2,489,810.00). Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Maintenance Of Transmission And Distribution Pipelines And Installation Of New Service Connection For Cy 2024 With Contract Identification Pr No. 2024-01-04. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lobo Water District Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Materials And Fittings Such As Gi, Ci, Di, Brass, Hdpe Fittings, Hdpe Pipe Sdr 11 And Water Meter. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Days After Receipt Of Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
