The Board Is Seeking A Tool To Administer Surveys For The Purpose Of Gathering Various Forms Of Data Across The Board. An Off-the-shelf Suitable Solution Would Not Only Be Used For Creating And Administering Surveys, But Also To Provide Functionality For Managing Data Collected And Producing Reports Required To Inform The Planning Of Board-level Initiatives, And In Support Of Student And Staff Success. The Platform Should Continue To Provide The Features And Functionality Currently Available To The Board, But Also Provide Enhancements Which Are Missing From The Current solution. The Board Is Seeking An External Vendor Partner With Proven Success In The Kindergarten To Grade 12 (k-12) Education Environment For A Multi-year Contract, With Possible Extensions, To Provide A Solution Along With Implementation And Support Services. The Goal Is To Determine A Suitable Solution And Vendor Partner For The Planning, Implementation, Support And Maintenance Of A Product That Will Satisfy The Board’s Academic And Operational Needs.
