Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Lrta Now Invites Bids From Prospective/interested Bidders With The Following Details: Description Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Unit Reach Truck, Battery Operated Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) ₱2,500,000.00 Bid Security Cash/cc-mcbank Draft/ Guarantee Or Ilc (2%) (₱) 50,000.00 Surety Bond (5%) (₱) 125,000.00 Cost Of Bid Documents ₱5,000.00 Note: Prospective Bidders Have The Option To Post A Bid Securing Declaration Which Commits To Pay The Corresponding Amount As Fine And Be Suspended For A Period Of Time From Being Qualified To Participate In Any Government Procurement Activity In The Event It Violates Any Of The Conditions Stated Therein As Required In The Guidelines Issued By The Gppb. The Delivery Period Is Five (5) Months Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order (po). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Fifteen (15) Years From The Date Of The Deadline For The Submission Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders).
