Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. This Procurement Will Be Governed By The Rules On Early Procurement Activities (epa) Under Appendix 31 Of Ra 9184. The Delivery Period Is Six (6) Months Delivery Upon Receipt Of Contract / Purchase Order (p.o.).
